Refund & returns policy. Thirty days, unused, in the condition you received it.
The basics
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
How refunds work
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm we’ve received the item, and to let you know whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund is processed and a credit is automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within several business days.
Haven’t seen your refund?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, work through these steps in order:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at sales@chalkoutdoor.com.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We don’t do direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order online.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable — if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping is deducted from it.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For more expensive items, consider a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
