We spent 4yrs designing and testing the EP01. We went through numerous prototype versions until we settled on our final one which we then put through one year of harsh testing. We really gave it a hard time. It excelled in all aspects. After a good hosing down and rubbing off some scuff marks it looked like new.

We have now entered production.

Each bag is individually handmade using sophisticated welding, binding and sealing techniques. Similar to a drysuit process. We obviously can’t do any stitching on the waterproof compartments. Then each bag is put through a series of quality control tests to ensure strength and waterproofing before being approved.

All of this takes time (around 2-3 months).
